Marauder Charters: Reports are all positive coming from Hatteras and VA beach. The fish are on their way! Droves of Cobia and Spadefish continue to push north towards the Bridge tunnel and Chesapeake Light tower. The Marauder leaves Solomons on July 17 and will be in VA beach till about August 18. Our Crew is looking forward incredible late summer season catching large schools of hungry Spadefish. The action is fast and furious.

The weather is warm with calm seas making a great experience for kids, families, and groups who enjoy light tackle fishing in the clear blue waters 20 miles offshore. Opportunities to pitch baits to surface swimming Cobia and schooling Amberjack offer epic battles and trophy size fish for those looking for a less expensive alternative to the ever increasing prices of Offshore Fishing.

"Spadefish on light tackle is one of those must do things in life...you'll be hooked"-Capt. John www.captjohnmayer.com
