I had a chance to fish yesterday afternoon, so after a few calls, Capt. Marc and Steve decided to make the run with me. We didn't leave the dock until about 1:45. We ran down the beach & found some birds & bait, so out went the first rig. I tried a new lure from Tournament Grade Tackle www.tgttackle.com and did even get it in the water good before we had a fish on. The first three fish were caught before I could get a second bait in the water. Hooked 6 fish & back at the dock before 4:30. One citation at 37lbs & the rest in the low 30's. Can't wait to go again. It's easy to get on the fish when you have twin 250's on a 23ft. Cape Horn.
