Marauder Charters Solomons MD, Saltwater Fishing Report

Marauder Charters (Solomons MD): Fishing out of Solomons has been enjoyable. The bite on rockfish has been consistently good with fish over 28" being caught regularly in the last two weeks. As the water temperature rose the fish pushed just north of solomons into the deep near "the Gooses". The bottom fishing last week was excelent on Perch and some Croaker have been caught in the evenings. Now is an excelent time to take kids fishing! The warm weather and calm bay water this time of season makes an excellent platform for young or first time anglers. The Marauder Captain and Mate take pride and enjoyment in introducing young anglers to this wonderful sport as they themselves are a Father and Son Team. Fishing Continues to be good this week and i look forward to more phone calls and charters.
