Great fishing aboard Hooked Up Thanks to Ray

Today we started out Nov fishing with Tim from Charlotte North Carolina, Pat from Syracuse New York, Kim from Liverpool California and last but not least Ray from San Francisco California.
We started out fishing in about 300 feet of water with our 2 kites and 4 live baits suspended from the kites.
While fishing started out a bit on the slow side but we had Ray on our side and once he started chumming the waters fishing turned around real quick for us with dolphin fish coming into the boat one after another.
All of a sudden we got a bite that was screaming line off the reel. We knew this was no dolphin fish and before we knew it a big sailfish started dancing all over the surface. Tim jumped in the chair and the fight was on. It was a tough fight but Tim hung in there and 20 min later we finally had Tim’s big sailfish to the side of the boat.

Captain J.J. reached over and slid him into the boat for a measurement and some great pictures and we watched him swim away in good shape to fight again another day.
