Offshore fort lauderdale fishing bite has been good for Mahi-Mahi and Wahoo. The fish have been averaging 12 to 15 pounds. We are using skirted ballyhoo and strip baits and targeting anything that would produce fish, like a pallet,a floating log, or anything that will hold small bait fish.
Also we are catching Amberjack, Grouper and Snapper on the wrecks on the deep sea fishing wrecks. Using live and dead bait dropping a 3 pound led with a 40 foot leader, we are catching a nice grouping of fish.
ALso the Kings and the Bonito have been biting good on the reef which is in fort lauderdale waters in 100 feet of water. Deep sea fishing in fl is a great place to catch a variety of fish. We can target palegic, wreck and local fish fishing in fort lauderdale fl. To book a charter, contact capt tommy zsak at 954-439-8106 or check out the website at
