Joe Russo caught 15 reds 10 fish over the slot limit. Largest fish was a nice 32 incher. He also caught some trout on his fly rod. We were poling the shallows and shoreline around flamingo in the everglades! There have been lots of redfish in the shallows of the florida everglades providing for excellent sight fishing using live shrimp, or even artificials such as D.O.As, bucktails, worms, fly, whatever you want! You'll run into a handful of snook in the pothols and small tarpon in the channels as well.
