Captain's Bio: Baltimore's Finest Charters located in Baltimore, Maryland. Captain "Tracy" is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine Officer that holds an Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessel near coastal waters not more that 100 miles offshore license. Captain Tracy has worked on Charter Boats since 1996.
Captain Tracy spent most of his time working on a charter boat in which his father Captain "Butch owns and operates. (Three G's Charter Service- Top Duck". His experience has been fishing the waters of the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from the Delaware Bay to Chincoteague Virginia. He has held his U.S.C.G. Captains License since June 1998.
